How much does it cost?
The monthly subscription fee is $9.99.
What do I get with my monthly subscription?
Your Driver Insider Crew subscription will entitle you to great content
offerings that include the following: 6 Text Messages (Driver News, Etc.),
exciting downloadable content featuring 2 Audio Slideshows, 1 Video
download and 1 new Wallpaper each week along with 1 new Ring-tone
available twice each month. (Verizon, Alltel, and Dobson will only receive the
text messages due to carrier restrictions. Nextel and Boost are not offered at this time, and Sprint customers cannot receive Video.)
What happens after I signup?
Your subscription will be billed at $9.99 per month. After your first month, you will receive a
text message asking if you would like to continue your $9.99 subscription,
or opt out of the program.
How am I billed for my DriverCAST Subscription?
The DriverCAST monthly subscription fee is paid through your wireless cell
carrier and will show up on your carrier's monthly phone bill.
How do I know if DriverCAST will work on my phone?
Complete DriverCAST content will only be available on phones that support text, picture and video messaging. (Phones that do not support picture or
video will not be able to use these options on this service). For more details, view a list of phones supporting video and a list of phones that support mastertones. Note that these lists may be incomplete.
DriverCAST is not responsible for phones/services that are not compatible with content offerings and assumes no liability for problems arising from content delivery complications. Please check with your carrier/provider for verification on available content services and your specific phone's compatibility.
NOTE: Verizon, Alltel, and Dobson support text messaging only due to carrier restrictions, standard subscription rates apply. Nextel and Boost are not offered at this time, and Sprint customers cannot receive Video.
Can I use my pre-paid phone?
Pre-paid phones are not available for this program.
How do I download content?
A text message will be sent to your phone explaining the offering along with a
link to download the content offering to your cell phone.
What if I have a problem downloading content, what do I do?
Send us a text message "HELP" to: 91060, and hit send. Or, go to our website,
drivercast.com to the support page and e-mail us the problem you are having.
How can I cancel or opt-out of my Subscription?
Each month you will receive a text message asking if you would like to continue your
subscription at $9.99 or opt out of the program. You will immediately be removed
from the DriverCAST program. You can also opt out here on the DriverCAST website
(www.drivercast.com) on the OPT OUT Page.
